The soul choose their parents, situations and family, surrounding and place where to be born

And sometimes even wait for decades or even more till they get a right combination which would match the purpose of life for which the soul is taking birth on earth plane.

Many things come into play before choosing parents, grandparents, lineage, surroundings, before birth.

The soul visits mothers womb few times before conception, everything is taken care as the soul is taking birth for a great purpose and generally the soul prefer to take birth in same lineage for many lifetimes as its habitual and adaptable, and complete the unfinished lessons and so on.
