Emotional intelligence

Emotional intelligence is all about understanding what is under our control and leave rest for time to resolve. 

Anyone can be angry, that is easy, but being with right person, to the right degree to the right time and for right purpose is not within everyone’s power which is not easy.

Emotions are basic instincts of every human beings which can lead to chaos if left unresolved, every emotion in survival instincts create fear, insecurity, difference of opinions, greed and lust, While same emotions operating from heart centre reflect as unconditional love, forgiveness, joy. 

Holding of emotions create conflicts which resolving the emotions gives us calmness resulting in better understanding of relations, situations or problems.

The easiest way to resolve conflicts in self is to breakdown the situation in bits and pieces and try to read between the lines and slowly Analyse the worthiness of carrying particular emotion. 

Every deep rooted emotion causes a pattern in brain to react making one sensitive and reactive of the thoughts triggering anger or irritation building stress and causing diseases over a period of time , most of the problems are due bad management of emotions impacting relations.

Steps to resolve emotions:

1)  Is this emotion worth my time ? 

2) Does this impact my life or is this just an ego ?

3) Can speaking or confessing heal this situation or does Time answer this question.

4) Am I having inner conflict, does this impact my self respect? 

5) Finally just by ignoring or forgiving make me a more matured human being and good ahead with my goals? 

After a deep analysis one can resolve inner conflict and work on strengths to reach goals, rather worrying about pitfalls and become more obsolete.
