Is natural not natural..?

This is one of my most favourite and most prominent thought that push me in the experience of understanding the cosmos and how everything is happening for a reason..!

I feel very happy and proud as a woman to enjoy the privilege of giving birth to a newborn who is fully functional miniature being filled with wisdom and one with universal consciousness, a newborn is always a miracle for me.

But these days birthing and nurturing an infant has become a mechanical activity and no more a celebration as most births happen in hospital and mostly C-Sections, and mothers are deprived of that joy of normal vaginal birth.

Digging into little science in it, as we know during last trimester of the pregnancy, enormous changes occurs in female body preparing for labour to bring that speck of universal consciousness that’s your baby into this physical world  🌍 .

There is a stir of harmonal changes in body preparing for delivery and lactation postpartum.

In a natural birth the process is smooth and harmonious, and so many other benefits hidden for mother and baby.

The most awaited and long term benefit for mother is she need not carry a scar for lifetime and the best gift for  baby is the micro flora and bacterial environment from the mother which coats the baby, 

You heard me right.!!

You may have heard that we humans have lots of bacteria in our bodies. In fact about 90% of our body cells are bacterial, so it’s not much surprising for us to understand that we need bacteria for good health.

Foetus are exposed to bacteria when in womb but during natural birth they are coated with microbes as they travel down through birth canal, including bacteria that help newborn digest their first meal..! 

In contrast babies delivered by C-Section Miss out this bacterial coating.

This bacterial coating is considered as one of the reason for helping baby to have better immunity and to fight auto immune diseases and many kinds of infections and respiratory illnesses.

So let’s conclude here and hope many more mothers learn and get to take advantages of  normal Birthing..!
