Meditation magic in pregnancy

Meditation is simplest way to reach salvation, there are thousands of ways to meditate and every method takes you to tranquil state without thoughts 💭 and living in unison with the universe.!!
Meditation is a creative process where the density of thoughts decreases and your brain 🧠 activity decreases and enters theta state and good amount of serotonin hormone is released during deep 🪔 meditation sessions which is very much important to prevent ageing, and improved cell functioning, it’s a happy hormone.
In pregnancy during many hormonal changes serotonin is very essential to stay calm and peaceful through out pregnancy and having a calm and joyful baby..!
In contrast pressure and stress during pregnancy , negative and disastrous thinking 💭 can cause increased secretions of adrenaline hormone which is flight and fight hormone which make us stay on our toe, emotions like fear, anxiety and preeclampsia causing early labour giving birth to premature babies and causes postpartum depression for mother and fearful and cranky babies, 

Let’s understand how meditation is actually the show stopper in pregnancy 🤰, if you start looking the process of pregnancy it’s all about creation which requires  lot of energy as the mother is the sculptor here, she can do anything with this little creation inside hence mother should experience miraculous thoughts and do creative jobs like painting and music and should meditate as during meditation the happy hormones which are released are very crucial for physical and mental growth , as the baby 👶 is what the mother perceive and experience from the universe.
         strong parents give birth to strong children.!
miraculous parents give birth to miraculous children.!
 who live in this world 🌍 to bring so difference and full fill their purpose of life.
Shielding then womb with high energies is very important to prevent them from experiencing the illusions of suffering of world as there is nothing like suffering it’s only learning , all this can be experienced and implemented only by a mother with divine consciousness.

Hence meditation is very important during pregnancy 🤰 as you get chance to experience the divine creation and we can connect ourselves with baby to be born,


During my First pregnancy I meditated a lot , nearly
 3-4 hrs per day and I saw my daughters face before birth on my meditation experiences and could communicate with her and could know her past lives and even my husband and my mother and mother in law could see her in their meditation experiences and dreams, as a family we welcomed her with abundance of love 💕 and warmth only we were in alignment with universe which is possible through meditation.
During my first trimester I was diagnosed with chicken pox so the gynaecologist advised better not to carry this pregnancy as there could be some foetal abnormalities as measles happened in early trimester, and when I started to communicate with my baby I could see her completely happy and joyful and I clearly said to her it’s your choice of birth which I’m just channelling and you are most welcomed and it’s your choice to stay with us or leave and in my fifth month TIFFA(foetal abnormality scan) was carried on.
Everything was fine And Normal but far before my baby signalled me the same.
All these can be experienced by every mother but they need to be one with the cosmos..!
