Judgement and criticism come from a place of fear, choose courage instead.

Don't judge someone, just because they sin differently from you.
Judgement and harmony cannot exist in same place.
Every moment in life is a step towards harmony, bliss and eternity.
Whatever we experience, feel, speak, think all are part of consciousness we perceived, there is other side of coin which always hide from us, but when we see that, we start judging (people, situations, decisions, emotions etc.) without knowing the fact that, the other person is the other side of coin, or the reality which we can't accept or the emotion which we can't face.
By judging others we raise conflicts in our brain and grey out some areas which we can use sensibly.
Learn to accept, rather than judge the thoughts, emotions and sensations that arise on a daily basis which reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. Maintaining awareness may improve your ability to manage depressive symptoms.
Responding to events, thoughts and feelings non-judgmentally is not always an easy task.
Non-judgmental thinking doesn't mean trying to view events more positively. Non-judgmental is not about seeing the silver lining in difficult circumstances.
Rather, it is about simply acknowledging the circumstances, feelings or sensations without engaging in opinions and evaluation. It is about accepting the reality of a situation and sticking to the facts in both your speech and thoughts.
Some people are actively tied to their judgments. Letting go of your view of "right" and "wrong" to simply accept what is can require an entirely new approach to understanding your world. But if you are depressed, stressed or anxious, it may be a change worth making.
Judgement can stop one in being in the moment and continue to take decisions based on past, but one who don't judge choose life according to current situations and make better choices.
Judgemental nature drains your energy, being non judgemental doesn't mean just live without choices, but it is to choose without prefixing things and love a person or situation without emotional strings.
We tend to to judge only with emotions but when work with intellect we mould every situation and person to fit into their place in our life without judging them....
Like we use water, fire , electricity, wind , earth elements in our daily life though all of them are contrary and we use them without judgement in wise and judicious way.
fire boils water, water puts off fire but both are our needs and friends, likewise when an individual can look at the person as his qualities but not his emotions or ignorance, every individual is a divine manifestation and every being is part of consciousness giving you new experience to look life in different aspect.
