Power of speech

 The Bible says that “the tongue has the power of life and death and those who love it will eat its fruit.” (Proverbs 18:21) 

“The younger is only three inches long but can kill six feet long”

 Jesus affirmed that “men will have to give account on the Day of Judgment for every careless word they have spoken

Everything is by choice, not by chance.

Speech is the power of god. So we have no right to misuse it.

Speech is the most powerful gift given to mankind by god, it is a privilege given to human beings which makes them superior to other forms of life but when misused can lead to the downfall of once life.

 Every word we speak demands accountability, once a word is uttered we are bound to it and we pay for but our ignorance doesn’t allow us to understand its importance, every great human being on earth 🌍 were  one who is conscious of their words and used spoke as little as required 

The great saint Ramana Maharishi is a role model for every seeker to understand the importance of silence in the journey of soul evolution. He observed silence for most of his life and showed the path of enlightenment.

Many more great masters like Meher Baba, Tajuddin Baba and yogis and mystics adopted silence as their language and they know the importance of speech.

To seek the path of joy and spirituality we should get out of the habit of verbal diarrhoea and speak only when required and necessary.
